HOW THE THERMOSIPHON DIRECT SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEM WORKS
Our Thermosiphon Direct Solar Water Heating System is designed to deliver reliable, clean, and cost-free hot water using the natural power of the sun. With no pumps, no moving parts, and minimal maintenance, it offers a long-lasting and highly efficient solution for homes, hotels, institutions, and commercial facilities.
- Harnessing the Sun’s Energy
The system uses high-performance flat plate solar collectors that capture sunlight throughout the day. A special selective-coated absorber plate and copper tubing ensure maximum heat transfer, while tempered solar glass traps the heat inside the collector for exceptional efficiency.
- Natural Water Circulation
Once heated, water inside the collector becomes lighter and rises automatically into the storage tank. At the same time, cooler water from the tank flows down into the collector to be heated.
This natural circulationknown as thermosiphoning happens continuously whenever the sun is shining, with no electricity required.
- Efficient Hot Water Storage
The system’s stainless steel storage tank is insulated with high-density polyurethane foam (PUF) to keep water hot for extended periods, even through the night. Smart thermal layering ensures the hottest water stays at the top, ready for use at any moment.
- Designed for Any Roof Type
Our thermosiphon systems are engineered to fit both flat roofs and pitched roofs, making installation flexible and convenient. With long-lasting materials and a robust frame, the system is built to withstand harsh weather while maintaining excellent performance.
